Visit to election commission

On the date 20th August(2076/5/3), we the student of grade 10 with two teachers(Murari sir and Raju sir) went to visit Election Commission. We were informed just yesterday. We all students were suprised because it was quite sudden as we waited so long from grade 9. And then finally, we got the chance to visit such a knowledgable place.

As we moved from the school at almost 10 am' by bus towards the commission which was at Durbar Marg area. After reaching there, a lady introduced herself. We were divided into 4 groups section wise. We knew that a lady was going to teach many important things related election. Firstly,we were taken to a small projector room. There were many slides with entire information about commission so that we can get proper knowledge through the visual activities also. Ballot boxes,papers stamps and manifesta were kept on that room. It made us so clear by seeing those videos for a long period of time. Similarly, we played many games topic related to commission to check whether you have gained some knowledge after visual class. After that both section were combined and learned about the history of Nepalese democarcy and practice of election,the winning of parties,leaders,people movement and many other activities that were related to democracy. The class was all about 2 hours which was really interesting also.

I would like to  heartly thanks to out school administrator and Raju sir for giving us opportunities to visit election commission. I found the teaching process about election was really effective as it includes visuals and sounds. I myself feel so blessed to be able to pay a visit to  the election commission. I have gained applicable and great education.🐾
